I stayed in a hotel that was reasonably priced, clean and had great hotel facilities. The staff were accommodating in terms of our pets and were able to communicate with me in English, really helpful. The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city, and the hiking trails near the hotel were fantastic.
Not one thing.

Christmas in this hotel was quite enjoyable due to the beautiful scenery surrounding it and the affordable price. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel's location was great for exploring nearby attractions and restaurants. The buffet breakfast was decent and offered a good variety of food to choose from.
The rooms were of poor quality, and we had a difficult time sleeping due to the thin walls allowing noises from other rooms to seep through. The rooms were not well-maintained, which made our stay a bit uncomfortable. The lobby was drab and lacked any sort of atmosphere, which was a letdown. Furthermore, the spa and wellness facilities were disappointing and didn't seem to offer everything visitors would expect.

The hotel was located just a few minutes away from the train station, which made it very easy to find. The rooms were kept in great condition and were really modern. I loved that they had their own brewery and the food at the restaurant was exceptional. It was definitely worth the price, it was such great value for money.
The breakfast was average, and the room it was served in could have been cozier. The walls were a bit thin as we could hear the television from the next room.
